Drawn from fieldwork in over 17 countries, this body of work forms an archive of centuries-old geometries—questioning how patterns endure, migrate, and transform, and how they might offer a lens for imagining the future of craft and design.
Tracing Symmetries is an image-based exhibition offering a glimpse into the evolution of geometric arts across some of the most historically significant architectural monuments in the Islamic world.
Tracing Symmetries is part of DesignTO.
